Resort Policies
MUSIC- The Resort's signature feature is our entertainment venues; please know that music can be heard throughout the property. There is no compensation for music complaints.
SMOKING POLICY- Smoking is prohibited inside the building or in the pool area. All guest rooms are non-smoking, including guest room balconies. Smoking includes all forms of tobacco, vaping, electric vaping, THC, CBD, marijuana (weed), and other drugs. A $500 fine will be assessed for non-compliance.
PET POLICY- For the convenience of the other guests and to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, no pets or emotional support animals are permitted unless the animal is a trained service animal.
PARKING / VALET SERVICE - All resort parking is valet only and is complimentary for guests staying overnight in the hotel, one car per room. See the front desk or valet for second vehicle pricing. Please inform the Valet staff if you intend to depart before 7 am. All guests are required to use our valet service. Self-parking is not available. Limited street parking is available on Bayway Blvd., the next street over.
BEACH CHAIRS- Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the Jet-Ski Concession for a nominal fee. Resort guests receive discount pricing; please inquire at the front desk.
ATTIRE- Shoes and cover-ups are required inside the building. Please dry off and shake off sand before re-entering the Resort.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early arrival and late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS- You must be over 21 to check in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You are not allowed guests in your room under 21 unless you are a parent or guardian. A credit card with your name matching your ID must be presented at check-in. We do not accept pre-paid credit gift cards or digital payments such as Apple Pay. Your card will be authorized for $150 at check-in for any incidentals that may incur in addition to your remaining balance for your stay.
PROPER IDS- The Resort accepts all USA driver's licenses and valid passports. American and Canadian TSA /CATSA and NEXUS IDs are also acceptable. Important: International driver's licenses cannot be used in place of a passport.
CANCELATION POLICY- All rooms must be secured with a first-night deposit at the time of reservation; this deposit is non-refundable if the room is not canceled at least 72 hours before arrival.
COOLERS / OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE- The Resort has food and beverage service in all areas of the Resort. Coolers or outside food and beverages are prohibited at the pool, beach, or any food and beverage outlets. This includes any personal "Yeti "type containers that are not allowed.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT- Video check-out is available on your TV. Follow the prompts under the "Express Check-Out" section. Or dial "0" to contact the front desk.
EARLY DEPARTURES- Early departures may be subject to a 1-night forfeiture.
OUTSIDE CALLS- Dial 9 to get an outside line. Local and 800 number calls are $1.00. Standard long-distance rates apply.
POOL / SPA POLICY- The pool and spa are open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please read the posted pool rules before entering the pool and spa. Only registered guests are permitted and must wear wristbands. Please, no cooler or outside food and beverage. An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age. Lounge chairs cannot be held or reserved. See your bartender or server for a VIP Cabana. Please do not smoke or vape in the pool area. The smoking area is on the Tiki deck adjacent to the pool.
SAFES- Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Under State Law, the Resort cannot be held responsible for losing articles unless secured correctly in the safe provided. For your convenience, a complimentary private safe is in our room.
WRISTBANDS- Hotel wristbands are given to all registered guests; they indicate to the hotel staff that you are guests of the Resort. These are not replaceable if lost, but if you take off your wristband, you may return it for a replacement at any time. ID is still required to prove age for bar entrance and alcohol purchase. Wristbands are required when visiting all F&B venues.
